Retreat for Angler of the Year is an ideal getaway for a weekend of solitude with nature and the fish. Set within the Au-sable river in Grayling Michigan, the site opens up to a bend in the river with views both east and west. Set five feet below grade, the retreat channels water up to the front of the space, making it literally, float on the surface, essentially bobbing like that of a lure between water and earth. Entrance to the space can be accessed both by the water or land.
