Taking the idea of a repetitive module that can be adapted to fit into any given situation and place. The ‘C’ shaped module that was derived from the sideways ‘C’ in the apartment mat strategy is used to provide structure as well as give a free plan allowing for manipulation and site flexibility. A glass facade, again, moves between surfaces to create interesting indoor and outdoor spaces. The use of light tubes are used to bring natural light into all the units, even in the lower levels.
